Nomination Form
Criteria (Capability Awards):
The entries are invited for the projects/activities executed from Jan 2021 - Till date (It can be ongoing project/activity/campaign started in the given period or it ended in the given period).
Judging Criteria:
Write up for Each entry must include information under the following headings:
1) Objective of the campaign
2) Idea/solutions/innovation of the campaign
3) Execution of the campaign
4) Results of the campaign
5) Why you think you should win
• Write-up of 500 words to upload on google drive in PPT, PDF or Word Doc and share the link in the Nomination form in public sharing mode.
• Relevant Supportives (Images, Presentations, etc) to be uploaded on Google Drive (The link should be in public sharing mode) and the link to be included in the nomination form.
• You Tube Link (videos if any)…The link to be included in the nomination form
For Individual and Team Category:
Write up of not more than 1000 words (Describe in your own words why you should win the award)
• Implementation of Innovative Ideas
• Key Achievements
• Awards received (if any)
• Campaigns/Activities executed for your brand/Client from Jan 2021 onwards can be submitted as supportives
• Relevant Supportives (Images, Presentations, Word Doc, etc) to be uploaded on Google Drive (The link should be in public sharing mode) and the link to be included in the nomination form.
• Videos to upload on You Tube and link to be shared in the nomination form.
Entry Fees
Each Entry may be submitted to one or multiple categories. There is a fee for each category entered.
